​General Terms & Conditions and Promotion Requests

​Payment Artist Event Subscription will be done before every event you participate, beside the price of rent, publicity, organisation price.
​Being listed with some of your works on this website is free for you, if you are accepted by our Art Commission.
  • When submitting artwork for sale or commission, artists must provide information (eg social media page, IG account or personal website). DO NOT list on the website or FB any personal contact information such as phone number or address or, if you do, be aware of the risks with regard to privacy.
  • Provide your social media links to help us contact you when promote your work.
  • Artists are responsible for all enquiries, delivery and postage regarding the negotiation and selling of their art. It is recommended to inform us where you or your studio is based and what currency you prefer with regard to payment.
  • Perfect Art Match is not responsible for any financial transactions between artists and buyers. We cannot be held liable for any fraudulent or dishonest activities by members or buyers.
  • Perfect Art Match is NOT RESPONSIBLE OF ARTISTS PUBLISHING ARTWORKS WHICH DO NOT BELONG TO THEMSELVES, WITHOUT MENTIONING THE NAME OF THE ARTIST THEY PROMOTE. Please report if you see such activity on our site.
  • Once an artwork is sold, the artist should contact perfectartmatch@gmail.com stating the item sold. Please also include a photo of the artwork.
Contacting Our Artists
  • Art buyers and art lovers should contact PAM and then they will be able to talk to the the artist directly for any enquiry relating to sales and personal artist exhibitions.
Language & Content Guidelines
  • All posts must be in English, French or German to enable our page moderators to monitor listings. We seek to ensure all artist posts are appropriate and comply with the Perfect Art Match guidelines. If you wish to interact with someone in a non-English language, please continue the discussion separately via your own communication channels.
  • Any inappropriate or offensive postings will be removed.
  • Artwork with explicit pornography or violence will not be permitted.
  • Play nice and fair– we do not permit foul or abusive language, aggressive behavior, or the disrespect of other’s beliefs and race.  People not abiding by these rules will have their be removed membership immediately terminated.
Promotions and Copyright
  • Perfect Art Match is a public website. Artists listing their work are giving Perfect Art Match  permission to promote their artwork through the our social media pages and other online forums. Unless an artist requests for their artwork to be removed
  • The artist takes responsibility for the artwork being publicly listed and its related content on Perfect Art Match website.
  • All artwork submitted by artists are protected by copyright law, and any unauthorized downloading and use of artwork photos without permission from the artist is strictly forbidden.
  • Perfect Art Match is NOT RESPONSIBLE for artists publishing artworks which do not belong to them. Please report to us if you see such activity or an artist who is not respecting the intellectual property of another. We will delete any proven content that infringes our guidelines.
  • Perfect Art Match takes a percentage from an artist's promotions or sales, after discussion with the artist, at each sale. A 90 CHF event fee is used for the maintenance of the Perfect Art Match website, promotions on other online platforms and organizing Perfect Art Match events or exhibitions.
Suppliers and Support Services
  • An active link to your business website and/or social media contact information must be provided.  Spam will be deleted.
Promoting Your Artwork Online 
  • Artists of all mediums are invited to exhibit their artwork on Perfect-Art-Match.com:
  • Send us an email at perfectartmatch@gmail.com  with up to 50 photos of the art you wish to promote on Perfect Art Match. Include artist details such as CV, media about your work, short films or photos in your workshop, etc.
  • Your artwork can then be promoted through our groups on Facebook, Instagram and Perfect-Art-Match.com
  • To visit Perfect-Art-Match.com is free for visitors, and for artists an event subscription of 90 CHF. Artists must be accepted on our Website to become a member, after asking it through contact and sending the works on email.
  • You must comply by our Terms & Conditions or your artwork will be removed.
Conditions of entry
  • All photos of artwork must be original - any artwork listed that does not belong to the artist will be deleted and the artist removed from membership.
  • The artwork must be for sale, or be a representation of artwork you do for commission purposes.
  • There are no restrictions on age, location or medium, as long as it is classified as art (including music, fashion, dance or theater)
  • All listings must be in English, French or German, with a preference for English as common language.
  • Make sure photos are clear and present your artwork at their best. Uncropped and out of focus shots are not recommended and may not be listed
  • Artists must provide us online contact information (FaceBook page, IG account, website, DO NOT list any personal contact information). Listings that do not provide contact information will not be published.
  • Provide your social media links to promote your work
  • Artists are responsible for all inquiries, delivery and postage - it is recommended that you inform us for the buyer where you are based and what currency you prefer to accept for payment.
  • Perfect Art Match is not responsible for any financial transactions and cannot be held liable for any fraudulent or dishonest activities by members or buyers
  • Once artwork is send or sold the artist must inform our administrator that the item has been sold and pay the pourcentage to the gallery. The photo can remain online.
  • Artists must comply with all other Terms & Conditions stated on this page.
